Thank you for this. I had signed up with them due to previous energy company changing my tariff without my consent. This is now an industry wide practice and a scam on the British People and many other Countries as well. Very sad to hear that the Company that is marketing itself as trying to end this practice is in fact complicit. Their website is non functional but I have managed to let them know that I will accept no liability should they switch my energy supplier without my consent for which Omission is no consent. Thanks again. |
