Is this true? Is it an April Fool's joke? Where is the site? I don't recognise the location of the CGI. Is it at the junction of Chancellors Road and Distillery Road, maybe in the new buildings at the back of the Fulham Reach development? This would require a planning application, wouldn't it? There will be a lot of traffic movements. Can anyone supply more information? Thank you |
