Una-Jane Winfield is, of course, a totally innocent victim of the Council's policy of silencing protestors about "inconvenient" issues. My questions is: "What is H&F Council doing to implement the ruling by the Supreme Court on 16th April 2025 that Sex in the Equality Act 2010 means Biological Sex?" What practical measures is the Council going to introduce? The Ruling is UK LAW. There must be changes because the word "gender" — not defined in UK law — has been allowed to usurp the Protected Characteristic of "sex". I am no enemy of UK law, H&F Council or anyone else. I just ask the Council to obey the Supreme Court ruling. |
