Topic: Anyone actually making sense of their Apple Watch data?

I live locally and I'm building something I think a few people around here might find useful — but I need some curious guinea pigs to test it.

Most of us with a fitness tracker have years of data sitting there. Steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts. But the apps just show you the numbers. They don't tell you what it means.

What I've built reveals one specific insight from your data — something counterintuitive, something you couldn't have spotted yourself — based on your actual patterns, not generic advice. There are loads of health apps out there  but they're not doing this.

Works best right now with Apple Watch and Whoop. No logging. No new app to wear. You just export what your watch already has.

I'm looking for 8–10 people in the early stages to try it free and tell me what they think. Is it useful? Is what it reveals surprising?

Runners, cyclists, gym regulars, or just people who've been staring at their HRV wondering what on earth it all means.

If anyone is (a) interested and (b) happy to help please let me know and I'll drop the link in here.

Thanks!
