| "a two pint pitcher of Pimms for £8.95 during Wimbledon" - why only then, as this seems good value for money! I had a couple of really rather good Pimms recently in what seemed to be almost pint glasses, but for some reason cannot now remember where this was... but I know where it wasn't - the National Film Theatre rear bar where the glass was not very big and not much space after the ice cubes, mint and fruit for any Pimms itself. I too would be interested to know where they serve it in jugs. Less work for the bar staff, and more fun for the drinkers. |
